How are you doing on CC hours so far? Check the door in the back of the classroom on Wednesday. Calculate where you are and do the math...make sure you will have enough to graduate from Medical Occupations. Next week will be the half-way point of the internship. A minimum of 180 hours are required for program completion. By the end of February, you should have about 90-95 hours. This is based on very few absences and completing 2-1/2 hours per day, four days a week. Need more hours? Remember, I always have options for you!!!

Non-School Days. (Today for Pleasanton Unified) and then 2/15 and 2/18 - Sign ups will be done for those days you will not be at school, but want to go to your site. Ask your manager/supervisor if you can put in a full day if needed so you can have plenty of hours! GHS/LHS/DHS - off 2/15 & 2/18. FHS/AVHS - off today and 2/18.

Jordan, Robyn and Jasmine - TOMORROW, be prepared to provide your January CC hours so I can report these to Kaiser. Thank you.

GHS You have a Winter Sports Rally on Thursday.  Rally is from 10:25 to 10:50.  If you choose to go, please let me know tomorrow and let your site know.  I will expect most of you to be at site, especially if you are short on hours.   I will be here and all Med Occs students attending the rally must report to the classroom at 9:10!  Please do not create a liability issue for me.  I am responsible for your whereabouts for P2 and P3. So, head to the rally at 10:25 come back to the classroom from 11:00 to 12:05. 
DHS:  You have a rally on Thursday too -  Rally is from:11:41 - 12:23 PM  Please proceed to your site and arrive by 1:30.  Contact me and your site if your arrival time is altered in any way.
