Why "accurate" telephone messages?

Hi Everyone,

Good job with critical thinking today.  Anticipate the need of the doctor or co-worker when taking a telephone message.  What information is required to prevent multiple call backs?  Practice taking messages at home for family members.  Remember to repeat the number back to the caller so you are sure it is correct!

The last two skits were performed this morning.  Well done!!!  This is proof you are all really good at compassionate communication.  Love that.

More on the digestive system tomorrow.....b u u u u r r r r p.  Ooops, excuse me - maybe I have a touch of gastritis.  Funny that gastritis has the word "gas" in it.  Ha Ha

Linda Law stopped in today from Tri-Valley Haven to talk to us in the p.m. class.  Morning class - I will talk to you about that visit and how we, as a class, can contribute and make a difference in other's lives.

HOMEWORK: Medical terminology test study guide - define the terms and bring it in tomorrow. We will start the review.

Keep the flu shot documentation coming in!!!!!!

Have a great evening.

Mrs. Erceg
