Immunizations, vaccinations, TB testing. Except for a few
people, ALL DOCUMENTATION must be complete and ready to turn in IMMEDIATELY !!!!

Choose a disease, condition or injury. Follow the directions and write a good essay. Mention name of the disease, the etiology, treatment options, medications and a good conclusion.
