Speaking of work.... If you did not turn in the 9/22 blog assignment/Med Alert/Epi-Pen, please do so. It is a graded assignment (25 points). You will be in violation of your contract if you do not turn in assignments on the due date. No late work accepted unless you speak to me in advance and I will determine point value, if any.
ASSIGNMENT DUE on or before 8/29: On a piece of binder paper (written okay this time, but typed is good too) - create a 10-question quiz based on the syllabus. True/False, multiple choice or scenario-based (what would you do if....?). Provide an answer key on the back of your paper! (15 points)
BINDER TABS ASAP/ Binder check on 8/31 - You may buy them or you can make them yourself using card stock or paper and tape. Try to color code them. 1-Syllabus/class info 2-Assignments/HW 3. MT/ANAT 4. APMA 5. CC - Keep extra binder paper in your binder.
FORMS: Bring in any forms required for the course. Very important.
