Once again:
Last week at site.....today marks the last week, as Thursday, 5/23 is your last day.
On 5/22, be sure to bring in the following if you have not already:
LPC Articulation Form with your "W" number on it
- Time sheets
- Quiz 16 and any other quizzes you may have
- Supervisor Evaluation of Student
- SITE TRAINING forms for 13/14 (on the back, write what you feel would be good suggestions for your site) Start it off by writing: "If I were the manager of my department, I would......."
- THANK YOU CARD or LETTER FOR YOUR SITE (I will have gifts for you to take to site) and there is no harm in bringing them cookies or cupcakes.....ask mom to help you if necessary!
GRADE CHECK/CC HOURS CHECK: Call me if you have any questions. There are a lot of missing assignments!!!!!
