Happy, Calm, Serene Wednesday

I hope the guided imagery helped you be calm and peaceful today.  You can use this technique anytime you need to de-stress.  Just go to a quiet place, sit or lie down, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.  Imagine a serene environment outdoors, and feel the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze on your face.  Let your mind wander and keep taking deep breaths.....see?  It really works...even if you are just reading it!

Keep stress levels down as much as you can, get rest and adequate nutrtition for your developing systems.  Take good care of yourself.

TONIGHT:  PLEASANTON LIBRARY - "Peace Begins with Me"  7-8 p.m. (Stress reduction class).  Let me know if you go. Take a family member or friend if you'd like. There will be another session on Wednesday, 3/6 at 7:00 p.m.

KAISER Interns:  On Friday, 3/1 - please total your hours for February and have them ready for our next class session.

Anyone going to the CMAA conference on Saturday?  Let me know right away via text if you are!

THANK YOU Danielle Pz and Rachel P. in the PM class for helping me with marketing the ROP program on Friday, 3/1.  I appreciate your help!

FINALS:  GHS andLHS - Be sure to tell your supervisor/manager about your schedule next week.  Report any changes to your site so they are in the loop!

Have a wonderful, stress-free evening.

Mrs. Erceg
