Hi Everyone,
EVALUATIONS AND TRAINING PLANS: Due 1/15/13. Please talk to your supervisors and managers regarding completion. You may turn in your evaluation to them right away. Remember to get it back from them before Friday this week! We will talk about both of these assignments tomorrow.
HOMEWORK:
1. Bring in a COMPLETED DRAFT of your training plan tomorrow. Type it up on a word file (make a table with columns or use Excel, or it can be written on a piece of binder paper (8-1/2 x 11). Use the sample I gave you, or list 10-15 administrative observations/tasks and 10-15 clinical observations/tasks in the left column, based on your experience.
The three columns on the right are: Observed Procedure, Performed Under Suppervision, Performed Alone. Remember, not all tasks are marked as being observed or performed, as these are for future consideration with your supervisor/manager. A check mark or an "X"
2. TIME SHEETS: Turn in separate time sheets for all hours from 12/17 to 1/6 tomorrow.
3. JOURNAL: Make sure your journal is up to date.
5. GHS SAFE AND SOBER GRAD NIGHT: Destiny in the AM class will be coordinating our class donations for the January 19th E-Waste Collection drive to collect items. I have already found 5 items in my home that are suitable for donation. (Please see yellow slip I gave the class).
LHS: Please note the bell schedule for the Rally on Friday, 1/11. Please arrive to site by 1:15. Do not be late, thank you. (for those of you that start at 2:00, this will not affect your site arrival time.
