Keep me posted on vaccinations, immunizations, TB, etc. Don't get dropped from the class!!!! Deadline for documentation, MONDAY, 10/8.HOMEWORK: Leave a note by your bed to remind you to take your resting heart rate (RHR) BEFORE getting out of bed tomorrow morning. Take your carotid or radial pulse for ONE FULL MINUTE. Write down how many pulses you felt during that 60 seconds. Keep a timepiece by the bed, your cell phone or a digital clock to be able to count for a full minute. Wait for the new minute to start on the digital watch or phone, then start counting.
