Are you stressed due to school, work, family, etc? We will work on how to decrease stress this week. Something to think about - What kinds of conditions are caused by stress? I'll ask you tomorrow in class. You do not have to type it up, but if you do and come up with 10 conditions...I will give you 10 points of E.C. Woo hoo!
CONGRATULATIONS AM and PM classes!!!! Amazing......perfect attendance AGAIN. Love it, love it, love it. I love it.
Homework:
- Read over the handout "Stress Busters" and think about how you can take better care of yourself.
- ASK PARENTS/FAMILY MEMBER - RSVP for Back to School Night on Thursday night. I am available in the classroom for visits between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. (by appointment, if than cannot make it in the evening hours, and then from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. When I call on you, let me know if someone is coming or if I need to call them to make an appointment on another day.
- Practice ASL. Finger-spell your name and string 3 to 5 signs from your sheet together. I will ask you to present in class. Thank you Cassidy and Mikayla! They gave me these websites to help you: aslpro.com and signingsavvy.com (on this one you can search for five words for free, then just look at the alphabetical list for as many words as you want).
