Hello Everyone,
School has been in session now for a few weeks. Are you feeling stressed? Keep working on your stress busters and learn how to care for yourself.....then you are better prepared to care for your patients and clients. Try deep breathing, the way I taught you in class. Try stretching too - for three to five minutes.
Another way to reduce stress is aromatherapy. Let me know if this works for you. Perhaps you have some lavender oil or lotion for relaxing aromatherapy after your shower or bath.
